The Daily Herald writes that Scout’s Place Hotel in Windwardside has been inducted in Tripadvisor’s Hall of Fame. The travel website honours hotels with a place on this list when a Certificate of Excellence is received for five consecutive years.
Scout’s Place owners Barbara and Wolfgang Tooten told The Daily Herald the commitment of their staff of the hotel and restaurant is the key factor of the continuous success of the business. The Tootens called the induction “a true source of pride” for Scout’s Place team. They thanked all guests who wrote reviews on TripAdvisor. “There is no greater seal of approval than being recognized by one’s customers … the accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence to our business and our continued commitment to excellence.”
“Winning the TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence for five consecu tive years is a remarkable feat,” said Marc Charron, TripAdvisor Business President. “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on consistently delivering great service to customers, TripAdvi sor not only helps drive an improvement to hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses, both large and small, the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”
