Sunny Valley Youth Center available as community center

On Friday July 1st, at the Eugenius Johnson Center, Windwardside, Saba, the signing of a lease took place between Public Entity Saba and the Saba Reach Foundation, with respect to the Sunny Valley Youth Center.

The Sunny Valley Youth Center is located in the capital village, The Bottom, of Saba and is intended as a community center available for the residents of St. John’s and The Bottom.

With this lease the community center will be utilized by the Saba Reach Foundation for classrooms and as an activity center. The center will also be available for residents to sublet for special occasions such as weddings and birthdays.

To those interested in having a special event at the community center, they may contact The Saba Reach Foundation, the lessee of the property.

Present at the signing of the lease agreement were Commissioner Bruce Zagers and Mr. Jasper Oei, the chairman of The Saba Reach Foundation.
