Quality & Policy Officer
What does the job entail
To enhance and guarantee the quality of care and general processes within the two organizations.
By doing so ensuring that patients & clients receive an optimal level of quality care within the international guidelines, safety requirements, and service levels of healthcare on Saba.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in nursing supplemented with specific training in quality care management and with relevant work experience (minimum three years).
You have management & coaching skills, knowledge of healthcare, quality and organization processes. Organizing, analysing and problem solving skills are very important. You have strong communication skills and culture sensitivity to distil the underlying question of an issue. You can write clear and concise while respecting the nuances that surround the issue. You have a hands-on personality and are considered a connector.
Command of the English language is required. The Dutch language and knowledge of Dutch law and healthcare guidelines are highly valued assets.
Preference for residents of Saba and Dutch passport holders.

What we offer
A full time position with an initial employment period of two years and with the possibility to extend.
We offer a competitive benefit package. The salary is conform the salary implementation regulation of FWG Salarisstructuur Health Care Caribisch Nederland BES and placed in FWG scale 50. Monthly gross min $2584 – max $3593.
